Well, it was such a lovely Valentines Day. When I came downstairs this morning, G had left me a gorgeous card professing his love. Then later i the morning, this arrived
I love flowers! Just love them. Sometimes I even buy some for myself just because they make me happy to walk into a room and see them in a vase. And these were just gorgeous. By the way, do you see all that cool pottery in the background? G. did all of that recently and it just came out of the kiln. He’s a talented one, my guy!
Then, this evening, off we went to dinner at my favorite restaurant of all time! I have NEVER had a bad meal there. Tonight, I had halibut that had been wrapped in prosciutto and served with asparagus, fingerling potatoes and drizzled in a lemon/caper sauce. YUM! We started out with a crab cake appetizer and ended with Tiramisu and a Latte. Ah……Happy, Happy me. I don’t know what I did to deserve such an awesome husband, but I sure am glad to spend another Valentines Day with him!
